Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Many of our products are regulated by ITAR, therefor we do not ship any product outside of the United States; this includes FPO/APO addresses. We do not allow any orders to be shipped through freight forwarding services. By placing an order with us, you are certifying that you will not export any of our products. 

Many products carried by Demon Tactical LLC are regulated by Federal, State and Local laws; you alone are ultimately responsible for complying with the laws where your order will be shipped. We will, at our discretion, make efforts to inform you through our website of general restrictions/regulations that we are aware of regarding products carried by us. 

If we suspect an order you placed is being exported, shipped to a freight forwarding service, or violates federal, state or local law we will cancel your order in accordance with out cancelation policy. 

Ensuring the customer is satisfied with their purchase of firearms and shooting sports accessories is our primary goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your transaction at demontactical.com or Demon Tactical LLC you may return your product for a refund within 30 days in accordance with the following conditions.   

1. There are absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges for Firearms, Ammunition, Reloading Components, or perishable/consumable products.
2. All products manufactured by Demon Tactical LLC have a lifetime warranty. If at any time your Demon Tactical LLC product fails due to manufacturing or design defects we will replace or repair it free of charge. 
3. All other warranties are through the original manufacturer only; Demon Tactical LLC only expresses warranties on products manufactured by Demon Tactical LLC. Acceptable returns must be in untested/unused/new condition with undamaged, unopened manufactures original packaging including all labels, instructions, and inserts. The product must be in a condition to be re-sold as new.
4. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking/handling fee.
5. Any cancelled order that has been submitted for processing shall be considered a return and subject to a 20% restocking/handling fee.
6. All credit card transactions will incur a $25.00 transaction fee if the customer cancels prior to processing the order.
7. All credit card transactions for orders that are cancelled due to shipping or ITAR restrictions will incur a $25.00 transaction fee.
8. All shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Online purchase and shipment of Ammunition 

Federal law requires that any individual purchasing or receiving rifle ammunition is at least 18 years of age, and pistol ammunition is at least 21 years of age. Consequently in non-face-to-face transactions, we are required to keep proof of age requirements via a signed statement. This information can be found in Title 18 USC chapter 44, section 922 (b) 1, and 922 (x) 1.

Hawaii: No handgun magazine above 10 rounds.
Maryland: No magazine above 20 rounds.
Massachusetts: No magazine above 10 rounds.
New Jersey: No magazine above 15 rounds.
New York: No magazine above 10 rounds.
Washington DC: No magazine above 10 rounds.
Chicago, IL: No magazine above 12 rounds.
Aurora, IL: No magazine above 15 rounds.
Oak Park, IL: No magazine above 10 rounds.
South Bend, IN: No magazine above 15 rounds.
California: No magazine above 10 rounds.

The following ammunition restrictions will applty to all shipments:

Chicago, IL: No Ammo without an FFL
Cook County, IL: No Ammo without an FFL
Los Angeles, CA: No Ammo without an FFL
Massachusetts: No Ammo
