Our firearms transfer fee is $15.00* This does not include any shipping and handling charges for outgoing transfers. Our NFA transfer fee is $50.00 Please see our NFA/Suppressor FAQs for more information on purchase, transfer and possession/ownership.
Demon Tactical is a licensed Type 07 FFL and we hold a class 2 SOT. We buy and sell firearms and will transfer both standard firearms and NFA items such as silencers and short barreled rifles/shotguns.
All firearms to be transferred to us in Virginia will be in accordance with Federal, State and local laws. We will transfer firearms to any state in accordance with federal and state/local laws, including California. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that firearms shipped from Demon Tactical LLC to another FFL dealer meet the state and local laws where firearm is to be shipped. This includes magazine restrictions, configuration restrictions and accompanying accessories. We only ship firearms and accessories in the United States.
TRANSFERS Incoming and outgoing transfers are $15.00 plus any applicable shipping and handling fees. Please view, complete and return the below form to Demon Tactical LLC prior to having any firearm shipped to Demon Tactical LLC for transfer.

ID REQUIREMENTS Firearms Purchases and Transfers in Virginia are subject various Federal and State laws including valid identification. If you are purchasing/transferring a handgun you must be 21 years of age and a Virginia resident. If you are purchasing/transfering a long gun, you may be an out of state resident and must be at least 18 years of age. No long guns will be sold or transferred to a non Virginia resident if the possession of that firearm would be a violation of state law where the transferee resides. ASSUALT FIREARMS You must prove United States Citizenship or "Lawfully admitted for permanent residence" as an immigrant alien to purchase a firearm defined as an assault firearm in the state of Virginia. The Virginia definition of an assault firearm: "Assault Firearm" is defined as any semi-automatic center-fire rifle or pistol which expels single or multiple projectiles by action of an explosion of a combustible material and is equipped at the time of the offense with a magazine that will hold more than 20 rounds of ammunition or designed by the manufacturer to accommodate a silencer or equipped with a folding stock.
